■Strategical implant
The implant is very effective treatment , but not so simple as to bury implant in place of the defected tooth . Analysis of the situation of surrounded tooth , the style of bite and all that are indispensable for making treatment plan . We will propose an appropriate treatment plan considering the age, the lifestyle, and the hope of the patients in addition to the view of these dental analysis .

■ Improvement of the accuracy of implant by an elaborate diagnoses
In general, the longevity of implant is assumed to be 90% or more , but that would be quite different according to the placement in the exact location and angle , the state of bone, qualities of the artificial tooth , and periodical maintenance.

In this clinic, CT and X rays images of the bone for the implant treatment are measured and anlalyzed with the computer , and an elaborate simulation is done.

■Pain decrease
Flapless operation making a minimum hole in gum to place implant is performed in order to decrease surgical invasion as much as possible. I think the patient will be satisfied because there is hardly pain after the operation.

■Treatment period
The rest period is said to be needed for enough implant integration to the bone similarly for healing of the wound . The immediate loading methods that enable patients to bite immediately after implant operation cannot be said for a method of establishment . In our clinic , the period widely considered to be safe are waited for setting crown to implant fixture ( 3 months for lower jaw and 6 months for upper jaw) .
